"They did help me in the end..."
They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole warranty repair process was a lot slower than I expected. What bothered me most was how careless the handling felt, like my item wasn’t really being treated with much attention. It eventually got fixed, but the wait and the lack of care were frustrating

I’ve had a decent experience overall, but the promo codes don’t always go through like I expect. Sometimes they work fine, and other times I get to checkout and the discount just doesn’t apply. It’s not a dealbreaker, but from my experience it’s worth double-checking the total before placing an order.

I’ve used Littlewoods a few times and it is handy, especially when you want to spread the cost monthly. Some of the deals are decent, and I always get the order emails and receipts through quickly, which is useful to keep track of everything. That said, quite a few items do seem more expensive than I’ve seen elsewhere, so I do find myself comparing prices before buying. It’s convenient, but I just wish the overall value was a bit better.

I had a problem with my order at first, which was a bit annoying, though these things happen. Customer service got back to me quickly, kept me in the loop, and had it sorted sooner than I expected. I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Super easy to use"
I mostly use the app, just because it’s always on my phone and it’s really easy to find what I’m looking for, pay, and then keep an eye on my orders. The website’s fine too when I’m on my laptop, no complaints there either. i’ve never had any hassle checking out, which is probably why I keep using it without really thinking about it.

"So much stuff to pick from!!!"
I use littlewoods often because they have a bit of everything!!! Clothes, home bits, toys, electrical stuff, and even gifts when I’ve left it last minute!!! It saves me having to jump between loads of different websites, which is a big plus. The range is really good and I can usually find what I need without much hassle!!! Overall, I’m happy with it!!!

"Good quality, but the pricing makes me a bit wary"
I ordered a coat and a pair of trainers from littlewoods both turned out better than I expected. The coat is thick and warm, not cheap-feeling or flimsy at all, and the trainers fit nicely and still seem well made after a few wears. The only thing that knocked my confidence a bit is how much the prices seem to go up and down, which makes me wonder if I’m really getting the best deal. Still, the quality of what I received was really good, so I’d probably order again.

"Sizing was actually spot on"
I ordered a few bits from Littlewoods the sizing was really good (which is always a bit of a gamble online). Everything fit pretty much how I expected, with no awkward tight spots or sleeves hanging way too long. Definitely made the whole online shopping thing feel easier. Really happy with what I got.

I used littlewoods.com to order a few bits and went with the payment plan option. I liked that it showed me the monthly cost and the payment dates before I checked out, so yeah, I knew what I was agreeing to and wasn’t left guessing.
Afterwards I could still see what I owed in my account, which made it easier to keep track. It was all simple really, no hidden surprises or anything like that, so I can’t complain

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from Littlewoods and it arrived a bit sooner than I was expecting, maybe by a day or so. I got a few updates along the way, and the parcel turned up around when they said it would. No hassle really, just a easy experience. I’d probably use them again

I’ve been using Littlewoods for a while now the prices have been reasonable. I’ve compared a few items with other sites before buying, and most of the time they’re either about the same or a bit cheaper. If you’re picking up bits for the house, it’s worth having a look there first or at least using it to compare prices. I’ve had no issues so far, so no complaints from me.
